Cecilia Place, owned and managed by EAH, is an attractive senior complex behind Cove Shopping Center, surrounded by million-dollar homes.
The 16 attached cottage apartments have front and back porches, and provide independent living for very low income seniors.
The complex was designed by Richard Olmstead and financed through many sources, including Bank of America, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and the Town of Tiburon Redevelopment Agency.
