Edgewater Place in Larkspur   Edgewater Place provides 28 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in four garden-style buildings clustered on a site adjacent to a marsh restoration area.
  The site is near shopping, medical facilities, schools, parks and transportation. Bike paths connect to a wide network of paths in Marin County.
  Two of the apartments are fully handicapped accessible.
  Amenities include an on-site manager's apartment and office, laundry facilities, a fenced "tot lot" playground and covered parking.
  The complex, completed in 1991 by EAH, has a density of 14 units per acre and was financed by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The site was purchased from the developers of the adjacent Creekside market rate homes and was part of the Town of Larkspur's inclusionary requirement.
Edgewater Place has a lovely playground and interiors.   The families, seniors and persons with disabilities who live at Edgewater are at 60% of the median income or below.
