Parnow Friendship House, San Rafael
Parnow House is located near Marin's Civic Center and is the result of the collaboration of Blessed Sacrament Church, Catholic Charities and Rodef Shalom.
EAH acted as a catalyst and housing consultant in the formation of Center Interfaith Housing, Inc., the ownership corporation.
Parnow House was completed in 1982. The high quality design was achieved at 35 units per acre density.
The 72 independent apartments serve elderly and physically disabled residents at 50% of the median income and below.
